founded to provide telephone

New Connections Communications Services and Redding Answering Service join the Call Center Sales Pro network resulting in almost 50 years experience combined in medical answering services solutions.

Seagate Connections
joins the Call Center
Sales Pro network.
Call Center Sales Pro introduces business process outsourcing (BPO) and custom services for their call center clients.

Call Center Sales Pro is awarded Knoxville-Area Chamber prestigious Pinnacle Business Award in the “Women-Owned Business Excellence” category.
MedCall Plus brand is formed from existing clients and services to focus solely on the growing complexity of medical answering service needs.
